CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life comes up, no hard feelings. Nothing personal- But my business and livelihood highly depends on you showing up to your appointment or not. I’m an independent stylist- meaning it directly affects my income greatly if you can’t make it to your appointment. Therefore, you will be charged 100% of your quoted appointment service if you cancel within 24 hours of your service. Also, a 50% Deposit will be required to book with me again if you cancel within this time or no-show. Rescheduling once is acceptable and will waive the cancellation fee and required rebooking deposit. However, if you reschedule again, or become a chronic rescheduler, the cancellation and deposit fees will apply. Please note— Although this does not happen frequently, Cheyenne, your service provider, DOES sometimes have life experiences that make her not able to show up to work herself. She is a single mom, and has some chronic health issues that may occasionally make her unable to work and she may not have a flare-up until the day of your service, or an unexpected issue with childcare or illness of her child may occur. Cheyenne will ALWAYS notify you as soon as she knows she can not come in, and of course in this case the cancellation fees will not apply and she will do her best to accommodate you due to the inconvenience and she apologizes in advance if this does happen.
